Random Rumblings
What if I could have everything I wanted? An Audi R8, a Ducati Streetfighter, the Iron Man suit :), Warren Buffet's wits, Bill Gates opportunistic innovation, Barack Obama's charisma, and perhaps retain the good looks of Raphael Linsangan... would it make a difference?
It's good that God knows I can't handle it, so he only gave me the last one, which is you know isn't true either. So what's left? I guess, I should be thankful that I'm me and that I have received the most precious gift a man could have - his relationship with his God and the wisdom to obey God to the best of one's ability. (Mark 8:36)
Let's be content with what we have but let's continually seek to improve ourselves, in this world but most of all for the next.

Office 2010
I've been using Office 2010 since beta.

The thing I love the most about Office 2010 is Outlook's capability to support multiple Exchange servers. Thus I can check my Avanade, Accenture, mails, etc, under one Outlook window. Cool huh!

Marilyn's Thyroidectomy Day 4 - November 15
Sunday. We are still here at TMC. I went to church in the morning but went back in the PM to watch Pacquiao defeat Cotto with Marilyn. Marilyn's calcium levels have decreased post operation but is expected to return to normal soon. But for now, she has to swallow 9 big calcium tabs a day until the calcium can be produced by her body normally.
Tomorrow morning she will be discharged and we will go home.

Marilyn's Thyroidectomy Day 3 - November 14
Today’s the best day in terms of mobility. Marilyn now walks around and moves about unassisted.
Her strength is now back (and so is her sense of humor). Around 8 o’clock in the morning her brother and mom arrives and the usual kumustahan ensues. After a few hours her intravenous was replaced by a heploc and the tubes, that were designed to get rid of the excess blood (and whatever else), sticking out of her neck were removed. Now she only has a thin 1 x 5 bandage covering up her scar.
While this was all happening, my mom arrived and brought some of the things we needed. We talked and talked some more and had kare kare delivered from Max’s.
I'm sleepy now. Good night.
